Budget build for solo sorc hell?

Hello, i having issue with hell difficulties specially with immune to cold monster, (still on act1) barely sctrach them, with full skil point in blizz, and cold mastery -95% lv69, need to clear mobs or boss run

do you guys have suggestion / should i reroll to something else?

just wondering if the skills are divided into blizz & fireball sorc are good?

Build for NM and Hell Solo Leveling

Any fire + ice build is popular. Ice damage: either Blizzard or Orb Fire damage: Fireball, Firewall or Meteor. So there are 6 different combinations to choose from. Just pick your favour. I was remind why Sorc is the best opening character

I was trying out the maxwell D2Planner. It reminds me how low the budget is for the dual element (ice+fire) Sorc. She could have a high defence with Act 2 defensive merc and the ice shield. The min budget: weapon: before Normal Act5: Leaf: require low rune and the two sockets Staves can be bought. 1. Blizzard fireball
2. Blizzard meteor
3. Blizzard firewall
4. Orb Fireball
5. Orb meteor
6. Orb firewall

I’m a fan of Meteor + Orb. Fireball is available in the build as well for faster fire application. good control and maneuverability, a bit different playstyle then blizz, but easy to get used to.
