BOTD rolls . . ... 3 bad rolls right in a row

Man, hunting down the base for this is such a pain.

Zod alone is a pain to get, but common 2 rolls in a row 356 ed . … …

I mean yes the item is good even at 356 ed but 390-400 would be a little better with the time invested in rune farming and base collecting not to mention the cost of the base lol . Anyone else having low rolls luck ?

It’s just the luck of the RNG draw, or in this case, unlucky draw three times in a row… I’m sure plenty others are experiencing bad rolls as well. 350%-400% damage, if people consider anything below 390-400 a bad roll, 80% of the people who create BoTD are going to be disappointed.

Just keep in mind that RNG doesn’t care about what value it picks, high, low or in between. RNG doesn’t have any sort of personal vendetta against you or anything, even though at times it seems that way. :stuck_out_tongue:

honestly 356ed destroys almost any other combo I have ran so I’m not disappointed the sword is a monster . Just putting out feelers to see what others have been rolling, very good words though Jedi

I rolled my botd twice, first roll was 351% and low LL, second roll I got 400% and 15%LL, I got really lucky (and my first ever perfect rolled botd in 20 years).

it wouldn’t be so nice to roll a 400 if the range was just 390-400 right?

So far i have made about 5 Oaths on hardcore, each and everyone has been a high roll. I really really fear that the one i make on ladder (probably the most important one of them all), is gonna be absolute poo.

So I made a grief for my barb merc in a PB, got an extreme roll: +400, +30ias. I’m happy it wasn’t the other way around but the chance for the roll is:
1/11 times 1/61 times 100% = 0.15%
Go figure it

I always just assume I’m getting the lowest roll on any runeword because that’s usually the case. So when it doesn’t happen it’s exciting.

During the start of D2R I opened a trade game with the name “n cheap grief”. Then, only one person came and offered me a 30ias, +340 dmg grief pb for an Ohm. Imagine how he felt when his grief rolled as it did.
