Before killing Blood Raven, I entered and cleared the Mausoleum, then came back and killed Blood Raven. When she died, there was no loot drop at all. Kind of feel cheated. Is there a known or unknown bug where if one clears the Mausoleum first, no loot will drop?

It is quite possible for Blood Raven to not drop anything, especially playing solo.
Blood Raven isn’t much of a boss. She does hit hard, but sometimes she doesn’t drop any actual loot.
Thanks for the replies. Never had a boss not drop anything at all, not even 1 gp.
I get no drops at all from Andariel at least once every 50 runs, and on occasion Diablo will drop nothing but a tp scroll.

My quest kill on NM countess gave me 0 runes, even with 95% chance
You’re in for a treat when Duriel drops 5 town portals scrolls and nothing else.

Seems I have a lot to look forward to! 
I have played LoD since the beginning and Blood Raven only ever dropped a couple of blue stuff for me.
