That’s cool, you guys won’t respond to console players at all about anything, but you’ve got the time to go around locking posts that you find annoying… that’s great blizzard customer service for you.
Some communication during the biggest outage for consoles yet in d2r would be expected…not even recieving that is insulting guess we console customers are not as important…
There were multiple threads about this issue (and I replied to many so I’m not complaining about that) so I’m not surprised that they locked or merged duplicate threads. Plus moderators who handle that probably don’t have the information we want and need about this.
It sucks and I wish they were better at acknowledging the problem.
I don’t expect them to respond to every thread, but some trasnparency would be nice… So far they have acted like the console version doesn’t exist. Oh yeah, they also blamed the players for the server problems and not their 20 year old code.
They deleted my posts on their EU forum, asking them why they had mods there but not here lol
There are a few here, they just refuse to interact with the customers aside from locking down posts they find offensive.
Speaking of which, I tried for a week to figure out how to post on the EU forums when I own the console version, only by coincidence discovering that you get access to the US forum when you have the console version
