Wtf, i get blackscreen everytime i log in with certain characters or swap between one and another… is it only me?
Uninstall PTR and Beta folder if they still exist on your computer, then reinstall the game.
Have the same issue : my main char a assa cant open / join games: black screen…
Other chars work but I havent tested out each and every one of them. Frustration here now 
have done this and none of it worked.
my main characters can log in, some of my secondary or mules goes black screen!!!
I don’t know than. Report it as bug, or try tech support.
Reported. lets see how long it takes until they figure out. hope is fast.
What does this have to do with the live game using different folders? 
Why are u posting “solutions” if u are clueless in any way ?
The system can fail to save in the correct folder. So I guessed that could be the problem. But it seems it only does preformance issues.
Had the same problem on my main character, found a possible solution in Bugs forum: login to another region, play with that character there and then switch back to your region. It worked for me.

I changed regions as well, it worked for me. Still a bit frustrating but at least there is a work around.
Doesn’t work for me.
