everybody got some warehouse characters, why not just increase the stash tabs.
you think bliz will allow us hc players bigger stash, you got to be kidding. They dont want us hoarding stuff
Why not. Its items in a 20yr old game.
At least, they should be giving 4 personal and 4 shared tabs in offline. There’s no issue with storage space there, so no excuse to not make decent storage available.
bump for Blizzard!
They’re already having trouble with the 8KB character limit issue with the increase to 100 cells in the private stash. If you store enough 1x1 magic/rare items with multiple mods, such as amulets, rings, jewels and small charms, like people tend to do for crafting, you’ll run into a problem with any new items being deleted when you leave the game.
They need to address that high priority problem before even thinking about increasing the stash size.
IMO, we don’t need a larger stash size… What we really need is a rune/gem shared stash tab that can store 5? of each gem/rune grade. That would save me up to two shared stash tabs! I would GIVE UP a shared stash tab for this!
i have 5 accounts that i don’t even use because they ruined d2:r so bad. i thought it would be fun, but… look at what they’ve done.
Stash space? LOL. i’ll sell you one of my accts for 20$.
Because you have all the storage you need for your d2store. You dont get no more.
i personally do
i would like to store the gear for 3 different builds in the same char and to spend a token whenever i feel bored of playing the same build
heck, i would have no problem if they’d cut 2 out of the 3 shared tabs we currently have as long as i get 2 more personal tabs per char
anything under 33 is just a big mistake
but i agree, this and a loot filter/priority/log are the two most needed QoL in this game
Um… 33 of each rune and gem grade?? That’s a wee bit overkill, don’t you think? I’m sure the item hoarders/RMT shops wouldn’t mind that amount…

not really, im used to do crafting once i accumulated 10’s of each ingredient
its a whole shared tab dedicated for that in my case
tbh 333 would be much better, i dont get rals on the same spd i get ameths

I’m sure the item hoarders/RMT shops wouldn’t mind that amount…
i also dont think legit players should not get some QoL bc these other kind of player will benefit from it too
it makes no sense to punish the good bc of the bad misbehavior
i have nothing against hoarders
Even a simple 3 or 2 (depending on the amount required for upgrading) would be pretty good, as it would allow a significant amount of space gain while stacking enough for an upagrde. 10 or 100 would be way better, of course.
Runes, gems, and skulls stacking might be a good idea. Like up to 20 qty per stash square.
I won’t pretend to know what the 8KB character limit issue is but the cell data just needs to be flipped to scalar so the stacking of gems and runes can happen.
That alone would be a massive improvement to the stash.

I’d like to see gems/skulls (of same type/quality), runes, Uber Keys (of same type), Uber Organs (of same type), and Essence (of same type) stack, ideally stacks of 50 or more, but anything would be nice really.
I lean towards hoarding for sure, but I’d rather indulge them in D2R than IRL, and it’s a game about collecting loot, so playing it that way is enjoyable to me. I agree with Hanz that penalizing legit players b/c unscrupulous players will also benefit is a bad course of action, but do think Blizzard could/should be a bit more proactive at banning bots and trying to cut down on RMT.
I’d like a single stash tab on classic. Currently, every one of my characters only has a single 6x4 stash. Consider yourself lucky that on the mode you prefer that you get multiple tabs and the ability to share between characters.
