before server down my amazon lvl 70 just been rushed in a hell game to act 5 , was leveling in cold plain after and leave, then cant log back in
now its lvl 66 and im back in act 2~ where i started that game, and my cube is missing, (which had viper amu in it)
please dont let this happen its very frustrating
since yesterday I have wanted to re-roll some grand charms for skillers. Im super nervous to try though with the issues we are having.

Just roll them and if its good, leave the game and leave the server, should store it, if its bad stay online and wait for the next server down (can’t be that long), when you can get back online after 12 hours it will have rolled back to before you used the gems.
Yea, it seems like the new standard for server stability by Blizzard in D2R is to roll back to an earlier save state. This is one of the worst types of games to not have item restoration for since this game is all about RNG% drops.
Yeah. And they won’t restore items or deleted characters… Who wants to play knowing hours of work and the rare chance of luck could be thrown out the window on you?
