Hi I’m having big FPS drops with occasional PC shutdown’s. Vega64, Ryzen 2600x, 16gb DDR4. Game is on SSD.
From 60fps drops to 27-35fps. Those drops are fast and constant not even 10 seconds pass with no fps drop.
I play Cyberpunk77 2k high/ultra settings and have no problems like here. No shutdown’s or fps drops.
Tried:
Putting all on graphics settings in game to LOW. Same issue on Low or High.
Update drivers. Done.
Changing options in Radeon Settings. Still to no vail. (If you have anymore idea in setting tell me)
Power options.
Task manager - End high usage task’s.
Can’t refund because of trying different setting for 24h to make it work.
Can someone tell me any idea how to resolve the FPS issue?
Hey still no luck.
I even reinstalled Windows for safe measures.
Now I can play but only if Environment Details is at LOW and all other things on LOW which means no Grass on the tiles or many graphic benefits. I can get more or so a static FPS of 60 that rarely drops to 30. Even then after some play PC crashes, shut’s down.
But it’s not worth it if I’m not able to play at least on medium. Do wish there is another possibility for fixing FPS drops because I really love the game. It’s tops.
On very high I get 15-30 Fps.
It’s really badly optimized for now. All other games work tops. Even Doom Eternal high/ultra on 2k/144hz.
Got Diablo 2 days ago. From then to be precise. Overlay and background recording are turned off anyway. It seems it’s on their end. It’s really a shame to play it only on LOW.
Monzun I totally understand you. We are in the same pickle. Literarily the same thing you described is happening to me.
i have that same problem. Ryzen 2700 and a GTX 1070 ti. but i disabled V-sync in game and went into the Nvidia control panel went down to Vertical sync and turn that to fast! it dose help a lil bit with frame drop.
have you tried to play offline and experience the same issue? Also try different resolutions and play with the resolution scaler. or just gave blizzard time to fix these issue. the range of hardware people are trying to run this game on is huge!
also, keep in mind the more players that you have, the more demanding this is on GPU and CPU
2 days ago so that is already on the newest patch. That is a bit tricky because my issue started after the newest patch so I can see how the game ran before.
I still recommended trying out all my steps in case you haven’t already did all of them.
i 100% agree! also enabling Dynamic resolution scaling in the game setting could also help if your running the game at higher then 1440p resolution! and the game still looks great with it even on. i play D2R at 4k 60+
Nope my Graphic card consumes too much it’s 100% on only high settings and it lags even.
Drops from 60 to 30 fast. Tried playing offline, still no luck.
Cyberpunk has complicated weather features you can even look at the sky and my card does stress this much.
Anokic, are you getting 99% GPU usage? run the game in windows mode, open task manger and make sure you are getting above 95% usage on your GPU… i only ask because there is others having this issue on some RTX and AMD cards, where it will only use 30-70% of the GPU. try running the game at high settings, 720p, 1080p, 1440p, 4k… if you still don’t see above 95% usage your on the waiting list for a patch!
