Yep usually people look at the middle ones which is called Battle Order (BO)
Battle order is the most important, 1 being lowest and 6 highest, the higher it is, the more it increase your health and mana and longer duration. Next is Battle command, It increase your All skill by 1, the lowest and highest affect the duration.
