Just a small suggestion - for mobs that are behind walls, could it be possible to add in auto “transparency” for the walls when there are mobs behind walls, or when your character is behind a wall? perfect example would be Travincal council area or the hallway in Chaos sanctuary. It works fine for now as we just hover mouse curser over behind walls and see if there is a health bar, but it could be better.
So you want people to be able to see through a wall? Isnt that half the purpose of a wall?
Walk to the other side of the wall… Presto, you can see the monsters behind the wall.
No we don’t need transparent walls so we can see the monsters on the other side. That would spoil the whole element of surprise that monsters hold on us which make the game interesting and exciting at times.
They aren’t asking to see all the way through a wall. They are asking for transparency when their character and the mobs are both behind a wall and therefor not visible to the user. This happens most often in the chaos sanctuary.
Even though you can sometimes see tiny lights on the other side of a wall when there are things to kill? If you dont want walls then farm in a big open area.
Stick to the open centers of CS map, the monsters will walk to you, or shoot their projectiles at you. Bingo, you know where the monster is.
Or you can run past them to draw them out from behind the wall.
Or if you’re a summonmancer, just stand there and watch Youtubes while your minions do the dirty work.
Example… What the frack is going on here? What mobs are there? What am I fighting? My character can see it all from their perspective, so why aren’t the walls transparent like they are in other areas of the game?

some walls are torn down, others are not. what if someone could see into your house by looking at the wall?
What the hell does my house have to do with an isometric game that provides transparency in most areas and then not in others? Are you just here to go NAY NAY without offering any sort of rational point?

Apparently you either don’t play this game or you don’t pay attention at all.

Both of these are solid walls. In most areas of the game the walls go transparent when you are directly next to them. This allows you to see the enemies that are close to your character, so that you can fight. It does -not- allow you to see through walls (as in to the other side of it). Which is what you seem to think was suggested.
I see and understand the point… But it’s not really that big of an issue. As I said earlier, you can draw them out from behind the wall by simply running past them. Monster AI is dumber than a rock, use it to your advantage.
i think merc and summons AI is worse then monster Ai though.

It may be possible to sprint past in some situations. However, melee classes or summon classes would likely get blocked up. You guys need to learn to back up a bit and let people point out problems, instead of just shrugging it off and trying to sweep it under a rug. Its only a few of you that do it, but you seem to make a full time job out of it.
Worst yet one of the people flapping in this thread didn’t understand the ask/problem before jumping on -EVERYTHING IS FINE- wagon.
