Can you guys link a dxdiag.txt over pastebin.com? Please post only the pastebin link here otherwise it’s hard to read and the topic turns out to be a mess.
Maybe i can spot something that causing it. Also other players here were really helpful.

It looks like you’re using an Intel Integrated GPU. If that’s the only graphics card in your PC, it meet the system requirements, which require GPUs from Nvidia or AMD currently. Because of this we can’t guarantee the game will work on your PC. You can attempt to follow this troubleshooting - especially making sure to get your graphics card drivers updated, but that’s all we can really offer. Otherwise, you may need to pursue a refund by contacting our support team.
If you DO have another GPU in your PC, getting a DXDiag, as Gulgir mentions above, may be helpful in figuring out why you’re having this problem.
