What is the best base for oath? I am a fishymancer btw and please tell me the best one hand weapon. Need to know which one would fetch the highest resale value in case i upgraded to beast.
Eth Balrog blades seem to be most popular.
Small crescent and cryptic sword would probably be fine one handed options.
Just make sure it is eth.

Can you recharge eth weapon tho? I need it for heart of the wolverine.
I don’t think it can.
But a non eth oath will be worth significantly less, people don’t use them for the charges so much as they do the high damage, indestructible, and ias.

Can’t repair eth runeword charges, so don’t make it in an eth weapon for a necro.
Oath isn’t worth anything for trading anyway, none of the runes are valuable anymore. The only other characters that would be interested are barbs and they use eth balrog blades for the damage, and you can’t use that on a necro.
Just make it in a crystal sword if you’re doing it for the wolverine for your necro summons.
