I hope this will be hepfull so they can understand what is valuable to not be scammed by others or to know which items is usefull for something.

I will try to say few words about every item, provide info how valuable items is, what what it can be used. I will also share in which Treasure class item belongs and monster level required to drop it.

I will also occasionaly provide links to videos here or other similar topics made by “Ginger Gaming Mentor” who has great content on youtube about D2R to get another opinion and see how items looks after upgrades in cube. He is doing great job so I show him some love too on his channel

Goldwrap Heavy Belt

  • Treasure Class: 21
  • Required Monsters level: 37
  • Usage: MF, GF
  • Value: A lot of people want to buy Goldwrap early in season for their MF characters, but belt usualy lose value fast as it is not hard to find. Price depends on %GF bonus and can be Few Pgems up to Pul. Perfect roll possibly even slighty Higher.
  • Note: Frequently used belt of MF/GF characters because of +30% MF bonus to MF and 50-80% bonus to GF. Even melee/range builts will benefit form this belt as it has +10% IAS.

Bladebuckle Plated Belt

  • Treasure Class: 36
  • Required Monsters level: 37
  • Usage: Lower level characters, mostly melee or range

EXCEPTIONAL UNIQUE BELTS

EXCEPTIONAL UNIQUE BELTS

String of Ears Demonhide Sash

  • Treasure Class: 21
  • Required Monsters level: 36
  • Usage: PvP, any character, good protection against elemental attacks. Very usefull on Hardcore.
  • Value: Low-Medium, price depends on roll mostly +% damage reduction and % life leech.
  • Note: Very good belt with only lvl 29 requirement, often used in lower level pvp. It is belt usable basicly for anyone because of great stats it provides and low level and strength requirements. Life leech, good +% ED defense, % Damage reduction and magic damage reduction. This belt has only good stuff.

Razortail Sharkskin Belt

  • Treasure Class: 39
  • Required Monsters level: 39
  • Usage: Barbarian Thrower, Amazon (range skills)
  • Value: Low-Medium, people usualy want this belt early in season as many people starts as Javazon build.
  • Note: One of the best belts for range builds because it provides 33% chance to pierce target. It also has quite good +15 Dexterity bonus. It is especialy great belt for lightning fury amazon and barbarian focusing on throwing.

Gloom’s Trap Mesh Belt

  • Treasure Class: 45
  • Required Monsters level: 45
  • Usage: Characters who struggle with mana, Energy shield sorc builds.
  • Value: None-Low, price might go up little bit because more people is playing energy shield sorceress after Mana burn fix.
  • Note: Belt designed to help with mana recovery with mana leech, increasing max mana and mana regeneration. It has also +15 Vitality and negative Light radius but thats not very significant.

Snowclash Battle Belt

  • Treasure Class: 51
  • Required Monsters level: 49
  • Usage: Blizzard sorceress, protection against Cold damage. Protection against Uber baal chilling shield.
  • Value: Low-Medium
  • Note: Quite interesting belt, best used on Blizzard sorc because it has +2 blizzard skill, making Snowclash belt tbest in game to reach maximum possible damage with that skill. But people usualy use Arachnid Mesh instead. Snowlclash has also quite high 15 Cold absorb and +15% maximum cold resistance so you can reach 90% cold resistance with it. But because cold attacks in game are usualy less deadly than lightning or fire, its not that amazing sadly. There is also 5% to cast very high level of blizzard when you are hit by monsters.

Thundergod’s Vigor War Belt

  • Treasure Class: 54
  • Required Monsters level: 55
  • Usage: Lighning Javazon, protection against Lightning damage, Gloams and Uber Mephisto.
  • Value: Medium
  • Note: Amazing belt for many characters. Strength requirement is little bit high with 110 but bonuses on this belt definitely compensate for that. Thundergods has nice + skill bonus for Javazon build, +20 Strength/Dexterity, +10% maximum lightning resist and quite high +20 Lightning absorb. There is also 5% chance to cast level 7 Fist of heavens skill on attack which is not that great as it can slow your attack when it is casted. Thundergods is very valuable for hardcore players because it protects well against Gloams.

ELITE UNIQUE BELTS

ELITE UNIQUE BELTS

Arachnid Mesh Spiderweb Sash

  • Treasure Class: 63
  • Required Monsters level: 87
  • Usage: Casters
  • Value: Medium-High (Can be even Ohm first few days of season)
  • Note: Only belt with +1 skills and +%FCR, in game, very valuable mostly at start of season. Arachnid has also 10% slow, which is weird because it is almost exclusively used only by caster builds who do not deal physical damage. Requirement of Arachnid is quite high 80 and it is not easy to find one.

Nosferatu’s Coil Vampirefang Belt

  • Treasure Class: 69
  • Required Monsters level: 68
  • Usage: Melee/Range
  • Value: Low-Medium
  • Note: Quite decent belt for melee characers with some miner bonuses to Strength, Life leech, IAS and also 10% slow. It has very low requirements for elite belt so its usefull for characters with lower leves and not that much strength.

Verdungo’s Hearty Cord Mithril Coil

  • Treasure Class: 75
  • Required Monsters level: 71
  • Usage: Melee, Barbarian, Paladin, PvP
  • Value: Low-High (Very High for perfect roll on Vitality/%DR)
  • Note: Very good belt with high Vitality bonus and % damage reduction, also 10% FHR and some replenish life. Belt is often used for SC PvP.

SET BELTS

SET BELTS

Arctic Binding Light Belt

  • Treasure Class: 9
  • Required Monsters level: 3
  • Usage: Budget MF equip, low level characters, Bowazon
  • Value: None
  • Note: Great starting belt, because it has high Cold resist and defense bonus and together with another item from same set additional +10% cold res and most importantly +40% MF. It also drops quite often early on.

Death’s Guard Sash

  • Treasure Class: 3
  • Required Monsters level: 8
  • Usage: Low level PvP, melee/range, protection against slow effect from cold damage
  • Value: Very Low-Low
  • Note: Amazing low level belt for any any character but mostly best for melee/range builds because of Cannot be frozen ability on it. It is often used together with gloves from same set to get additional +15% all resist while gloves will get +30% IAS bonus. Sash prvides only 8 potion slots but can be improved to 16 by recipe for set upgrade in cube. That will of course increase level required.

Hsarus’ Iron Stay Belt

  • Treasure Class: 12
  • Required Monsters level: 4
  • Usage: Melee/Range, low level characters
  • Value: None
  • Note: Decent belt you can find early on with 20% cold resist and +20 Life. Best used together with Hsaru boots as they will have high attack ratting bonus. Full set has also cannot be frozen, but shield is kind of bad.

Infernal Sign Heavy Belt

  • Treasure Class: 21
  • Required Monsters level: 7
  • Usage: Necromancer, low level characters
  • Value: None
  • Note: Life +20 and +25 defense, 24 potion slots, other than that nothing interesting even with other parts of set, Whole set is quite bad in my opinion and added +%Mana and cannot be frozen in 2.4 didnt really changed that.

Iratha’s Cord Heavy Belt

  • Treasure Class: 21
  • Required Monsters level: 27
  • Usage: Melee/Range, low level characters, +%max resistances
  • Value: None
  • Note: Some dex and +5 min damage can be usefull for melee or ranged characters. Mostly to range probably as set adds some Dex bonus too with more parts. Whole set has +10% max resistance which is quite interesting and with enough resistances from other equip can be normal difficulty piece of cake with it. The issue is that set doesnt really drop when you need it the most.

Sigon’s Wrap Plated Belt

  • Treasure Class: 27
  • Required Monsters level: 9
  • Usage: Melee, low level characters
  • Value: Single parts have no value but some people are willing to pay even Pul or UM for full set.
  • Note: Sigon is great set if you can complete it. Sigon belt provides +20 Life and +20% Fire resist and is best used together with gloves and boots for partial set bonuses like +30% IAS and +50% MF. Set can be used from level 6 but it require a lot of strength so you will neeed some strength charms to reach 75 strength for Sigon Shield.

Credendum Mithril Coil

  • Treasure Class: 75
  • Required Monsters level: 39
  • Usage: Resistances
  • Value: None-very low
  • Note: Decent Belt for Hell if you dont have anything better. It has nice +15% all resist bonus and +10 str/dex.

Hwanin’s Blessing Belt

  • Treasure Class: 12
  • Required Monsters level: 28
  • Usage: Fight with Diablo clone
  • Value: None
  • Note: Not that great belt with exception of Prevent monster heal bonus. That can be very usefull when you need that ability while fighting Diablo clone. Other than that I dont really see any use for this belt.

Wilhelm’s Pride Battle Belt

  • Treasure Class: 51
  • Required Monsters level: 41
  • Usage: Melee/Range
  • Value: None-Very low
  • Note: Great for melee and range builds because belt has +5% mana and life leech. Full set has interesting +80% MF, but lacks resistances you will need on NM and Hell so it is really not worth completing it.

Immortal King’s Detail War Belt

  • Treasure Class: 54
  • Required Monsters level: 37
  • Usage: Barbarian, Melee builds
  • Value: Very Low-Low
  • Note: Immortal king is a great set and even few parts have great partial green bonuses. IK belt has bonuses: +25 Strength, Fire resist +28% and Lightning resist +31% +another good bonuses when you use more parts of set. IK Belt has little bit high Strength reuirement (110) so not every build will be able to use it early on as it can be used from level 29.

M’avina’s Tenet Sharkskin Belt

  • Treasure Class: 39
  • Required Monsters level: 21
  • Usage: Bowazon
  • Value: Very low-Low
  • Note: Belt with 5% mana leech and +20% FRW, its part of Amazon set and only she can use it fully. Set is also designed for Bowazon so its not that great for other builds. If you have 4 parts of set, belt will get nice +25% all resistances bonus.

Tal Rasha’s Fine-Spun cloth Mesh Belt

  • Treasure Class: 45
  • Required Monsters level: 26
  • Usage: Sorceress, MF builds
  • Value: Low
  • Note: Amazing belt, it can be used form level 53 and has lowered strength requirements to 47. It has +30 Mana, +20 Dexterity, 10-15% MF and 37% damage goes to mana. Also another +10% FCR bonus with 2 more parts of set. Full set is great for sorceress, but many other characters use Belt+Amulet+Armor combo for big MF bonus with 3 pieces of set.

Trang-Oul’s Girth Troll Belt

  • Treasure Class: 84
  • Required Monsters level: 32
  • Usage: Necromancer, Melee for CBF
  • Value: Medium
  • Note: Part of Necromancer set, quite a good belt, but harder to find. It has very nice Cannot be frozen (CBF) and some other bonuses +66 Life, +25-50 Mana and Replenish life +5. It has lowered requirements so you need only strength 91 to use it.

MAGIC, RARE, CRAFTED BELTS

MAGIC, RARE, CRAFTED BELTS

Rare Belts:

Some rare belts can have good value for PvP players, mostly for lower levels. Good belts will havecombinations of these stats: +%FHR, +Life, +Mana, +Resists an Dexterity/Strength.

Crafted belts

Two crafting recipes are usefull for Belts, Caster and Blood recipes. Caster Belt has +5-10% FCR, regenerate Mana 4-10% and 10-20 Mana. Blood Belt has 5-10% Open Wounds, 1-3% life leech and 10-20 Life. Other than that they can have up to 4 magic or rare preffixes and suffixes if they are crafted above level 71. These magic or rare bonuses decide final price and togerher with good role on set bonuses from recipe. Crafted Belts are not really often trade goods, but you can definitely get some interesting and very nice items, definitely from Caster belts to reach higher CFR breakpoints. Blood belt can be great go get some open wound on equip. Either for pvp or to stop uber boss regenerating.
