So i know balance is a hard thing for blizzard to achieve and I am not looking for a miracle. But can we please adjust some of the drop rates on basic socketed items please. There are runewords we cannot even make because it is so hard to get the item to make them with. I have been looking for a divine scept or caduceus to make a rift for example. No one i have come across has ever even seen a caduceus. most don’t know what they are. This is just wrong. we use to find this stuff in classic. they are high level yes but they should still drop in areas like chaos/worldstone at the very least with high level enemies around you. Maybe i expect too much but we should be able to try new things without killing ourselves to find bases to make items. They should not be rarer than the runes.
There is no “balance” in this game, especially in terms of drop rates… I have seen plenty of random caddys hell, 4 sock gris weap dropped for me a couple seasons ago

No, it would mess up with drops of unique and set items.
Most don’t collect them, so you’re reliant on finding your own. If I was reliant on finding my own eth sacred targe 40+ res it would be difficult as well. Go to a trade forum and look for the item you want. Let people know you’ll pay big and they’ll collect it for you. Meanwhile because it has limited read as almost no use, most people don’t pick them up.
