conc barb is no longer a viable melee build. please help barb be great again.

Wait you use Concentration? I’ve been using Bash the whole time!
Conc barb, used in gm melee builds, is not a viable option against the other melee classes like the old days. Conc barb problem is lack of attack speed. 10fpa is standard with 9fpa achieveable, which is very slow conpared to zealers and wolves at 3-4 fpa even if barb has superior defense.
6fpa will make the conc barb balanced and viable once more
