no, accounts are generally only flagged for good luck. almost every mmo game has dev account tags which they can alter and give better drops to those they want, but i’ve never seen them add bad luck to an account. usually they just do good luck to those they favor. if they wanted to cause someone bad luck, i’d guess they’d just ban them instead.
so my guess is that you just have normal luck like the rest of us, and high runes just arent an every day drop.

You are the one that needs to be flagged for trolling as you are intentionally spreading misinformation to newer players.
You are so frustrated by your own incapacity to be successful at the game that you lie about made-up mechanics just because the game is not tailored according to your particular needs. The levels of entitlement are through the roof!

Can you please substantiate this statement? Bring some proof and present it to the forum. Otherwise is just half-baked slander.

Now now, you should know the definition of that word because you and your multi’s managed to send me on a forum timeout for posting it. Normally, when randos accuse legit players of cheating, they laugh it off and ignore it. The lady doth protest too much, methinks.

‘Cabal’ implies multiple people rather than one loser buying up multiple licenses to cheat on a remade decades old video game. I won’t post the full definition, I know how sensitive you are to those.

Accounts do not matter, RNG does. So far I found only one ber and sur as far as high runes. It took farming till 90. Seems about right. But if I needed more I would totally just farm in folks public games “hint hint”.
Its all rng op don’t let your rng get you down keep slaying monsters.
