Hi, I found yesterday a Grand Charm from Baal Hell.
It is trash: +1 max damage.
If I assume correctly it can be rerolled to skillers? Should I start hording gems?
I don’t suppose it can be traded. If only there was a way to see the iLevel of the item. Hopefully at the next patch.
Yes, you cannot trade it like that, maybe if you roll >41 life on it, then you can trade it, but baal/diablo charms are much cheaper this season since those can drop from terror zones as well now.
So I probably should start hording gems, instead of trading them.

yes definitely use every 3 gems you find to roll it.
i have a system since im’ heavy into crafting as well.
rubies are for rings
amythests for for ammies.
skulls are for re rolling rares .
everything else rolls baal GC.
if you found this on HC ladder i have a ton of pgems i won’t be using, i have signed off for the season.
it doesn’t have to be a baal charm to roll +1 skills, but with baal charms it can roll +1 skill with +41-45 life. Else it just can roll +1 with +up to 40 life
Nobody will buy gc baal charrm from you anyone, they drop everywhere in terror zones with high enogh level.
And yes, cube them with pgems 
Save amethysts and rubies for craft or to sell for runes.
Well TBH I never expected to trade it either.
I will start keeping my gems and try multiple re-rolls at once.
It would be better to be able to see the iLevel of the item at the next patch, because I want to be sure what I am re-rolling.
There is honestly no point for that anymore as you can get these charms on every corner.
What area level should I be looking for?
Especially when in comes to Terror Zones?
