I’m sure someone on blizz end is like “Oh hey guys, stop real quick. Unlock this person specifically. They requested it in the forums”. I’m pretty sure they are going through section by section of locked characters down a list. Not prioritizing the people posting requests.

I mean this is the first game I have ever played where the beta works absolutely fine and the actual game won’t work because of an extension that out of the 1000’s of games I have played never seen such utter incompetence, you guys have no shame do you?
well good luck to you guys because I get the feeling these are the last days of having any loyal fans left, and something tells me the same thing will happen again and again and well hopefully everybody knows not to spend money on this crap any longer.

Yeh, I was hit with this problem too. Mind you it seems the people who CAN get in are not faring much better with all the bugs they’re having to deal with, but not even being able to start the game is still very annoying.
it worked perfectly smooth in the beta… I was impressed, finally a good game again from blizzard and now?
A lot of bugs, glitches and people cant even play… and they tell us
“oh sorry the patch did not work, i go sleep” lol
