Yes for what i have learned we have this issue due to lack of AVX support.Which is they just forgot to uncheck the AVX…all we can do is just wait.

Yes, you are right, both the reaction time and the first answers have a lot of potential for improvement. But such a mistake is also difficult to assess at first, in terms of both the effect and the type of remedy, it can quickly become complex.

I was able to play online from about 2 - 5 pm pacific. Came back not being able to communicate with servers. Could be that it’s primetime, servers taking a beating.
any chance you could link where they gave that timeline? I have not seen a timeline. If its not tomorrow, I prefer just buying a new computer.
best way to speedup the fix is to share negative experiences RE activision blizzard on social media, with the hope of lowering the stock price

Hello Sir, error will be found in event viewer application error with ID 1000. The root cause is that your CPU does not support AVX and yes, it worked well on BETA. Blizzard know it and started working on a solution for this mess.
I know I definitely don’t have AVX with my Phenom II X4 820

AVX requirement is default, so my understanding is that it was an extremely amateur rookie mistake to not take this out before the launch
The main issue is not the lost time - it’s the lost opportunity of item value. This is something Blizz cannot give back to us, unfortunately. In D2, items actually have value, unlike D3 or D4.

one of the blizz devs said on reddit that he thought it would be fixed tonight or tomorrow. He later said that tomorrow was looking more likely. Sorry, I don’t recall his name, and though it was mentioned at least twice in this thread, the thread is too big for me to scroll through and look. On the blizz forums, they will usually just say soon.

This is 100% unacceptable. They should have recruited more people into beta based upon hardware differentials to avoid this issue.

phenom has 4a same as athlons and its not enough to run the game, minimum SNE 4.1 isrequired. ;/
