Truth to be said if quite a lot of occassions I was thinking how would these companies work in 90âs. I mean (of course they were there) but making such crucial mistakes would imediately sent them on a street begging for a slice of bread.

Technical Specialist Rinadar here to assist.
I understand that Diablo 2: Resurrected is not wanting to start. Thatâs quite odd yet is something I have heard happening to some players. Letâs go over what we can do to help with this.
I went over the files that were included before and do see the system should be able to run the game, however there is a known issue that would affect and cause the game to not run.
Specifically it seems some older CPUâs wonât run the game. Yours is the AMD Phenom⢠II X4 955. These CPUâs however should meet the minimum requirements and this is really a bug that needs the developers to address. They look to have narrowed this problem down but a patch for it is taking longer than expected to get appliedâŚ
We have been tracking and updating this forum thread with information as we have it: AVX Issues / Game Launches, then Crashes on Older Processors (CPU) - #3086 by Drakuloth
This does mean there is nothing I can directly share to help at this time. Some patience would be asked for until the fix is applied. You can keep an eye on the forum thread above for any updates as we have them.
I know this is not the answer you were hoping for, but I hope I was able to explain what is going on and expect. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the matter.

If you paid with ur card it should back on your card but if i undersatnd right if you put the money on your Bnet acc. it might get refunded there instead
older computers cant run a remastered version of D2 (game came out in 1999 LoD came out in 2000 thats over 20 years old. Yeah just let them explain why Warcraft 3 reforged can run on old computers as well as Starcraft remastered Blizzard is a joke if they think we will believe that BS they are just upset that another company made D2 what Warcraft 3 reforged couldve been.

Yeah, Iâm not expecting to play this weekend but in the last update they said that they had a potential fix but needed to test it for few days and today we would know something⌠any way probably they will let us get fun rage posting here for few days more.

If they were going to push out an update today, they would probably have known yesterday. So set your expectations low and plan on:
âWe are still testing and evaluating the fix, we expect to release a client update sometime next week to address the AVX error and other bugs at the same time.â
