I decided to get the refund when I saw a few posts stating that they haven’t even fixed Warcraft 3 so I’m just over it. I’ve really got a bad taste in my mouth now. I don’t want to ruin my love for D2 any more than this and as of right now I don’t want to play D2 or D3. I’ll go play POE and just be happy with that.

I am so disappointed in this company. My favorite game of all time by far and I’m unable to play with my friends for weeks because game developers somehow accidentally added something to their game and didn’t even realize it until the players had to basically explain it to them. The game ran perfectly in beta. Now it won’t even open. I’ve had some criticisms of blizzard over the years but this is a whole new level of incompetence all together. The lack of communication makes it so much more frustrating. Shame on you Blizzard, fix your damn game.

Yeah man. The amount of excitement and planning put into playing this game is unreal. I bought a PC just so I could relive my old d2 days with the boys and now I’m out $600+ in addition to the $40.00 for the game they won’t refund because I played “too many hours” on my Xbox version that I also bought.
Just an absolute nightmare of a gaming experience all around. Will never forget it.

Dear Drakuloth,
I know you aren’t one of the engineers working on this & obviously 8 days in this is getting tiresome for everyone who has been affected herein. I can’t speak for the entire Diablo base but is it possible to make a promise that this is being handled & to have daily updates pertaining to the situation from the staff that is? The situation being that users are unable to play the game should be of the utmost priority. I’m happy to hear that it is on the radar & “one” of the things QA is prioritizing for a fix. However; the fact that you have no new updates to share means that other things are being worked on concurrently. Which could inevitably mean that this isn’t truly a top priority. Especially since days go by without any actual updates in relation to AVX except we tried & QA didn’t pass. I don’t think anyone wants a refund herein, or at least I don’t. I want to be able to play Diablo as millions of other currently can. If that requires shutting it all down for a day or two than so be it. I understand you have no new information to give & your sway is limited. But could you maybe, walk down the aisle or email the appropriate sector within blizzard & talk with some of your colleagues who are working on it & have that sway? Put yourself into my shoes 8 days into release still unable to even boot the game. Can you please find out if this is something that is going to happen? Or if we will be left out high & dry because QA can’t pass. I’m being as patient as I can & emotions are running high. You are our only life line to what is happening & I know you may not be the top person at blizzard but it would be tremendously courteous & greatly appreciated if you could try to push & pull your fellow blizzard higher ups in making this the #1 priority. Old blizzard released games that can be played on every pc configuration , even if it was 10y old you could stil play the game , now d2 remaster can kill my 1050 ti gpu . Not able to start the game with Pentium g4600 processor 8 days after release. Absolute distaster , cant believe a game company that was on top is turning into this.
