Please stop talking about refunds. Urge them to fix the issue, instead.

I have the same Graphic Board and yes that is the issue as stated in another post in this Forum.
They have UNintentionally turned something on that causes this need for a AVX support.

So, we are on the same boat, until they release a ā€œfixā€ for that, we can’t really play it.
They said they will releases but it is going to take them a lot of testing.

To sum up, maybe on Saturday we will have something for those with AVX support related issues.

I want no refund anymore, i wan’t these bums to fix this so i can play with my friend’s and my brother!!!

I mean… I guess New World… Really didn’t want to play Jeffy B’s game but you guys best sales people I’ve ever met.

Both Drakuloth and the lead developer have urged those affected by AVX to refund now and buy back when they fix it. They have no true understanding of the scope until you refund.

Burn in Hell, Lizzard! The game still won’t start!

I understand you wish to be refunded for Diablo II: Resurrected because you are unhappy with the current state of the game.

We take every single refund request from our players into consideration even though these are not guaranteed.

After reviewing your account and order, I have verified that in this case we are allowed to grant you a refund.
You should be getting the refund between 3 to 10 business days (in some cases these can be processed in the first 24 hours), the funds will return to the payment method used in this purchase.

Nevertheless we want to thank you for showing interest in our products and for reaching out to us!
Stay safe and have a nice day!

Are you saying some people’s bank account will go down to $0 in the near future, and it is a good idea to refund and have that extra $50 to be able to feed themselves?

Still no blue post today?..

I’m looking at CPUs online to buy but struggling to see where or what ots says to show it supports avx, what am I looking for ?

Would i7 860 work? For avx

Mada182 I have a i7 930 and it doesn’t work.

Ah okay not good, I’m not tech savvy so don’t know what I’d need

I’ll guess and say that they know they messed up, and making that statement about our PCs not meeting the sysreqs is the best wording they could come up with that doesn’t make them look like a bad guy. It takes real guts to issue a sincere apology taking 100% accountability and ownership of the issue and the fact that they messed up and ask the customers for forgiveness and reassure that they will try harder going forward with a few example steps provided on how they’ll fix their processes.

Agree with this. If they were just honest, I don’t think they would be seeing a refund spree like they are currently. Undoubtedly, their willingness to give refunds is telling about their fears of ending up in litigation after retroactively changing requirements. I don’t think they are doing that because they actually feel bad.

You know what sucks, I was going to debate the whole min system requirements until I looked up the IntelĀ® Core i3-3250 and the AMD FX-4350, they have listed and I’ll be damned if THAT processor actually does show it has AVX Supported… Pissed that my i7-920 does not…
Who am i suppose to be mad at now…

Sorry but, will they resolve it? or not? AVX will be a requirements?

Nah dude, I don’t think any person here if they’re being reasonable would say they look at min specs that way. We look at processors and relative processing power. Not for some obscure protocol for upscaling that probably most of us had never heard of till this thread.

You looked at the min specs and said ā€œMy proc is better than that i3ā€, and you are CORRECT. They added this new requirement last minute and are hiding behind min specs to save face.
