Every game I join/create my assigned skills have been erased! Rendering the game unplayable.
I am experiencing the exact same issue when playing on PS5, it’s virtually impossible to level up because every time i join someone else’s game none of my skills are assigned. I complained to Blizzard several times but they still do nothing and sent me zero correspondence. I can make my own game and level up, but when I want to do chaos or baal runs for instance I end up rage quitting every damn time! This is not how you treat your customers Blizzard personnel! 
it should not be that damn hard to fix, maybe 2 or 3 hours, maybe a single day for one employee!
