Does this mean you have to have a charge for the finishing move to hit? in this case the traditional Kicker build is toast.
Blade skills got a serious bump, the % increase to damage along with the base damage is very nice. If they fix the casting ‘delay’ and the pathing on the blade sentinel it will look great.
They took a lot of synergies away from Death Sentry but they didn’t address the skill itself.
I think it’s saying if you have charges built up it’ll bypass the attack rating check, if you do not have charges built up it will be subject to your “chance to hit” stats. I don’t think the traditional spec is toast, but we’ll find out next week.
I have a thread on it about two threads below this one. I put my maxroll in there, I will update a 2.4 on it this weekend as the changes will change the build a bit.
Try it out, grab a clenglaws set and that will take you all the way through mid NM.
POST EDITED: forgot to last day…i made a mistake of reading normal attack AR% instead of DT…so correcting the AR %…its still a 25% dps lost nonetheless…and using Tiger Strike would still be a much bigger lost than spamming DT(fixed some innacuracy in my post as well…and put more proper wording than when i rage posted)

quite harmful…not only that…you say goodbye to huge stats crafted amulet…and you kiss goodbye to the use of an epic rare ring if have to use Angelic for AR
unless Tiger Strike get like 20000% Enhanced dmg at lvl 1(have to sacrifice other skills if forced to rise tiger strike…its not gonna be worth using
lets say kick dmg = 1000 and CB 60%
current dmg…1000 X 1.5(decripy) X 5 kicks = 7500 dmg(mass trigger of CB along too)
if new formula it(assuming 20000% tigger strike)
1000 X 200 X 1.5 X 5 divide by 3(time to build up the charges) 500,000 dmg + 9 CB procs lost(
9 CB proc = 800,000 dmg on uber for the 9 first)
Tiger Strike is only 1 hit + chance to miss too…so that may be more than 9 CB procs lost if Tiger Strike miss
Kicker was perfectly viable in legacy D2 where Kicks used AR formula.
In D2R it was a bug that kicks ignored AR formula and just hit.
Just check Uber kicksin guides from Legacy and you are fine.
Also you can use Demonlimb for 23 enchant for huge AR boost too.

There are some things that need to be test because information on forums at best inconsistent with old D2 1.10 results
In the nutshell - Furysin rely on blade fury main attack, do not need any IAS but do need a lot CB/OW/DS basically best investment for increase damage for Fsin was items with +add damage.
Things that need to be tested/verified
Effectiveness Eth Grief vs. Eth Death rune words (obviously you won’t be using PB here - Ettin axe may be)
How useful Venom/Poison. Problem is that poison been applied by frames and you are using tiny fraction of potential damage
How useful aura stacking (bowa with 3 aura stack Might-Conc-Fana and Amp Damage on Ammi us very very deadly) while you can’t stack 3 aura here 2 is an option (Might + Conc)

He is also relying on Infinity to solve the AR issues.
As for the better weapons to try, ideally for the next round they will give us the bases to properly make those runewords. I don’t have a character editor so I’m stuck hunting down bases for runewords to make those weapons.
Well PTR has ended and it seems they will probably send what they have to live. I was playing around with maxroll as they have a PTR listing going and found this for the blade fury girl.
