Does anybody know where this drops or how much this item is in value? I’m trying to find one for my Summon Necromancer and don’t know where it drops or what is considered fair trading value.

it seems cool, but i choose spirit RW, you can die inside your bone cage, just be carefull with ranged attack when u use arm leoric, i die a few times due trapped in bone prison
In this case you are using it wrong. You are not supposed to run around with the wand, its only for summoning your army and then you switch to a weapon you actually want to carry.

You shouldn’t be getting hit. Your minions should tank and kill. Then when the first monster dies you should be spamming corpse explosion to kill the packs of monsters. If you’re at the point where you just started a game and are starting to summon your army, and especially in hardcore, use your weapon swap so you don’t get stuck in a cage.
I found mine from Mephisto, but I sure do wish I had an enigma to pair with it as that bonewall can get you killed or stall you from time to time if you do get hit.
Would try to use my weapon swap while raising my army if I was using arm or king keoric. After you have an army, you should not be betting hit. But honestly the item isn’t ideal in any build tbh and should only be used as a temp. Doesn’t matter if you’re a summoner/psn/bone there are better options IMO that are versatile.
Arm of King Leoric is to Necromancers like The Oculus is to a Sorceress; a neat little item that’s gimped by a chance to cast a skill that could very well end up killing yourself.
Seek it if you want, but beware its often fatal flaw.

You get one or the other though.
Either teleport to safety or into the middle of 5000cows. Yup they bring in cows from other cow levels just for that instant death 
I hope you are not using it for hardcore 
He wasn’t. He wanted one for NL, but I only had it on ladder. He is currently rebuilding a ladder necro.
Probably cost it another handful of times.
