Only by a barb who uses Throwing Mastery and on top of that the Barb can also use ETH throwing weapons for the very same skill reason.
but it only replenishs on critical, right? how does it replenishes more than it uses?
It’s not just on criticals…it also has a percent chance to not consume the Quantity, so when both are proccing…you end up with an endless supply of throwing quantity. On top of that, it has a pierce function so each enemy it hits when piercing can activate the crit proc…which gives even MOAR quantity back per throw.
