I just logged in and the TZ are Spider Forest and Cavern again! I swear every time I log in it’s Spider or another crappy place in act 3.
It’s very likely random.
There are a total of 35 terror zones, which equals 1.0333147966386144929666651337523e+40 total 35 set permutations.
Thats 10.333 duodecillion. 
I’d say don’t skip a3 tz especially spider forest. Those dolls have some of the best monster density and also the terrain bottlenecks them all up and makes picking them of 1-2 at a time (me and my frenzy) or scorched earth with spells and get them all in a couple casts. Also the packs can have plenty of champs and uniques. For as fast as any char can clear spider and the cave it’s like a mini cow run. I’ve noticed I spend too much time looking at drops still, after all these years my ears still go “ooh I heard a rune/gem drop” and based and blues for crafting pskulls for diadem rolling junk jewels rares that could roll with resist or cruel prefixes. I’m amazed I’m making it work with one mule.
Speaking of anyone interested in 40 full rejuv?

They are random but each location for sure has a different weight in the rolls since many locations like right in front of a1 town+den of evil are rolled often compared to other more popular locations.
It’s just RNG, it’s ever changing and ever stagnant.

Im still advocating for a set schedule… Like you guys, I can count the amount of times Spider Forest or Frozen River or Halls of the friggin dead have been on TZ, but I still have yet to see Durance or WSK more than once… LOL.
I get that Im not on 24/7 but cmon, when are the good zones?
I say it again: we need at least 3 zones at once. That’ll solve the undesirables.

last night it went from catacombs, cow level, durance, travincal, chaos sanctuary, nith and pindle in a row, then i fell asleep, but can only assume next was worldstone. No way in hell that was random
