So are terror zones in offline mode per character or do you only need one character to have killed baal to unlock them for all? I’m thinking it’s per character since my 74 Paladin can get terror zones in Normal, but my level 17 bowazon can’t.
no, its the same for everyone at the same time for all characters. you need to kill baal in the difficulty the character is in for each character for that character to have access to TZs in that difficulty.
That’s not right. My Paladin has yet to clear Act 1 Hell and he gets terror zones.
clarification, you need to ahve killed baal in the difficulty you’re currently in to have TZs in that difficulty.
