I would buff it by adding sage sausage patties, “home-fried” potatoes, and thick, buttered slices of homemade sourdough bread.

TBH I like to minmax the bacon by frying some onions and mushrooms with it. Add in some hot sauce and sprinkle some garlic powder and black pepper to get a nice, spicy umami flavor.

Most breakfast options are OP tho? Breakfast has had a good balance patch over the years. Bagel, Sausage and an omelet and hashbrowns would be more ideal for me tho.
As a Finnish person, sausages are strictly a side dish for beer, when going to the sauna.
We have what is “breakfast sausages” which is different that your side dish ones. They’re very good for breakfast IMO. I like the dinner style as well, but trust me when I tell you you’re missing out if you haven’t had the American version of breakfast saus. IIRC the brits over there have sausages that are a bit different that ours for breakfast as well.
I would love to try breakfast sausages, but I’m afraid I would be jailed for treason and probably executed for heresy.

Nobody pays attention to this forum. Even we shouldn’t be here. We could literally discuss our plans to take over the world and the only issue would be that bravata would take about it 24/7. Now bravata would obviously be talking to himself and his cat, so we’re completely safe, but I fear he might try to tag along, which is unacceptable because we cannot take him away from his straight jacket and padded room.
