First of all, I do like the improvements to it with 2.4. I’m also aware of the fact , that you only need 40 skillpoints to max it and its very useful synergy cyclone armor out.
That is exactly whats so great about the skill, it allows hybrid builds of all kinds (its also fun to use but thats subjective)
I’m currently testing an arctic blast summoner. He’s pretty geared out. Arctic blast is lvl 44 and does about 2.5k dmg. Enemy cold resistance is lowered by 25%. Still the skill is meh. It kills things and chills, granted. But it shouldnt be in meh territorry. It should be fine. Not op or anything but fine.
I suggest speeding up the blast’s projectiles movement by 30%. This would both boost it’s usability (faster hitting it’stargets) and damage (more projectiles per second) without being broken like a hammer or a nova.
