No, it isnt. It has all the coloured lighting from the glide/direct3d rendering path.

If anyone hasnât tried D2DX Glide Wrapper for the original game yet, give it a shot. It not only gives the Glide look that Svenâs Glide Wrapper does, but also gives a widescreen aspect for the game AND smooths the 25fps out to 60 fps. It looks very nice.

I wouldnât recommend trying it with Battle.net though since it increases the visible aspect ratio and smooths the fps.

Yeah I looked closer and you are right. D2R Classic does look like Direct3D.
