I had an issue today where when I did the Act 5 Anya Quest and received the resistance scroll to right click and permanently add 10 to all resistances on my character I logged out before using and now it will not let me use it at all. I did this not once but twice today somehow after leveling a whole new character. Is it possible to fix this bug? i know i should have been smarter and used it right of way but I really wasn’t really in a hurry for the resistance but will need this in the late game.
Just a thought: When you started the next game, did you start on the same Game Difficulty that you completed Prison of Ice ?
I did not at first but I tried going back to the difficulty right after I noticed and nothing would work to fix it, ended up just dropping it completely and it seems I can never get it back again.
