Playing D2R on XBOX Series X in Beijing, suffering below issue for a while. The game version is : 1.6.81916 PROD.Release, and trying to connect to kr actual battle net. Then raised this error. The internet is in excellent condition. I guess this problem is caused by synchronization of the saved game between cloud and local storage. Feasible advice and solution is badly needed.
