Try contacting your service provider. I would spend time on the phone trying to get a hold of someone to investigate it further.

It’s not an internet issue, the problem is with blizzards code/servers

I find that hard to believe. Blizzard is programmers and game makers. They surely would know if they had connection issues.

Your post makes it hard for me to believe youve ever even tried joining any games thru the lobby then. Almost everyone has experienced this issue.

Until I see something pop up on my trusted news network CNN I will reserve my own judgement of these accusations.
