I know it is a little bit much for a lvl 1 Skill but think about a second what i read yesterday in Reddit and i couldn´t forget that:
- Inner Sight now lowers enemy elemental resistance by 1-2% per level
a) it would fit with the ACT1 rogue fantasy because they have elemental damage.
b) it would also fit to the Amazon itself
c) i haven´t calculated it through but maxed out (or 25 or more) it should be able to brake immunities in combination with conviction Aura/lower resistance.
What are your thoughts about it?
Well it’s quite literally a fantasy, as it doesn’t fit with the lore and the spirit of the inner sight skill.
Slow missiles reducing missile damage makes sense because it’s in keeping with the laws of physics. Perhaps inner sight or penetrate reducing physical resistances of enemies slightly is a better suggestion?

I think you want a mini conviction, right? Too bad, breaking immunity doesn’t work that way.
2%/lvl = 40%/lv20 = -8% vs immunity, with some +skill equipment, she can break lighting immunity at her best.
But she only has fire and cold, and that’s pointless. You wish something only benefit your light sorc/javzon/trap.
But at that point, monster still has ~98% resist lightning and you still deal near zero damage without your own -resist gears

Penetrate reducing physical resistances is an awesome idea ( i think it was also on PD2 and it felt pretty cool).
Yup i see what you mean, and also @makiet says makes sense. to break immunities it would need to be so much stronger and that would blow the skill completely out of context of a lvl1 etc.
