Yeah yeah, do you want man. I’m just pointing out that there are already probably nearly 100 other threads in this forum about the same exact topic, which have all individually accumulated tens of thousands of views and thousands and thousands of direct responses. We all already know how you feel about the amazon’s graphical model.
At this point it is getting kind of weird that there are still people tunnel-visioning this topic. It’d be like if we were to hang out in real life, and the only thing you wanted to talk to me about was how upset you were about cars that were painted red, and when I attempted to change the topic you would immediately shift it back to how you were upset about cars that were painted red, and that was the only thing you had to talk about.
You guys need to focus on something else. The red car is here to stay.

But I have to look at it because it’s there. The more of these amazon complaint posts that are made, the more it bogs up the forum page to where that’s all anyone can see, and then actual important posts that stir actual discussion about real things like in-game mechanics begin to go unnoticed.
We’ve already been through this in the general discussion section. You can argue with me all you want, but we both know that what I’ve said is true. 1) The amazon’s face is not going to change. 2) Knowing this makes it not only useless to continue posting about it, but also rude in the aspect that people are tired of seeing it cluttering up the forum.
Do what you want man. I’m just trying to help people move past this. It needs to happen.

This is what the guy who was commissioned by blizzard to make the Amazon & Sorceress for D2R came up with. In my opinion these look absolutely perfect and true to the looks of the original cast. What blizzard did to the amazon model Is just painful to look at…

Oh my god. Those models look absolutely amazing. Both the Amazon and the Sorc are perfect. Very exotic, feminine but strong at the same time. Very well done. I dont know what the f* Blizzard was thinking not using these for the current models. It’s like day from night in quality.

My fav chars are zons but they should really change the voice to that of Joe Swanson/Patrick Warburton from Family Guy, “HEEY PEEteerr…” because it looks just like the voice actor.

I feel sad still every time I have to see her face in the selection screen. I don’t mind that she doesn’t look like a “supermodel”, but daman, she is old & looks like my father. Destroying the image I have for the last 20 years.
She can be old in D4 or future iteration, but she wasn’t in D2. Disappointed in the lack of respect for the original characters & lores.
However, once nexus or whatever is able to reimport meshes, we may be able to get a better face. What I understood is this they manage to export out the model, but unfortunately not import.

What’s more, they PAID someone to make her look like a man. There are tons of beautiful athletes that they could have used as a muse for her - NOPE - they went with Dolph Lundgren. Genius. Not.
