You’re just interested in 4k pixels? I bet all or most of you are still on 1080p anyway.
1920 60+ fps is a whole heck of a lot better than 800x600 at 25… I just think seeing things as our memories remember them is the best part of the alpha, any long term goals can’t really apply to it. I wanna see how 3440x1440 does with the new looks.
Yes, alpha is purely to enjoy the graphics earlier. 
For 2021, i think most people should have at least one 4k device.
4k to me is mainly for gaming. I couldn’t find enough video content that are 4k.
Semi not related at all but something to keep me occupied, they put out Duriel today on twitter, if they do Mephisto tomorrow, they could do Diablo on April 1st and Baal on April 2nd… and bam alpha! Although the video they show goes from Duriel to Meph to Diablo. so maybe April 1st Diablo is the start.
Random thought to torment people, I can see them not putting Andariel on their twitter for two obvious reasons.
