is blizz actually aware that CEST ( central europe summer time) ended late october?
now we have CET ( central europe time)…
Dear blizz does this means EU is gonna have a 1 hr headstart in comparison to other regions?!
2AM CEST is is 1AM CET… i’d seriously appreciate this given the general bizzare time of starting late at night and past midnight in general… XD
everything resets at 5pm PST, so WHATEVER that equals to in CEST. good luck.
i’m two hours ahead of PST so it’s 7pm for me.
so this literaly should mean we should get Ladder reset at 1AM, because we now have CET… however I’m afraid that like in the past blizz doesn’t are about summer time in europe, and when it shifts to standard time and vice versa… so we might actually either benefit or loose an hour, depending on how 'ol Raymond understands the difference between CEST and CET, given the fact that beeing a janitor even at such companies as M$ only requires to have an microsoft account, and not an MD, I’m frankly worried, EU might have to wait another hour for season to start, cause ol Raymond, might confuse himself…
As to when to press the ladder server reboot button for eu
you mis understand how it works, all the ladders will be reset at the same time, no one will get a “head start”. lol, why are you thinking like this.
have you played a restart before ?
I haven’t played Ladder in my life before, however I’ve heard ppl complain all the time EU got screwed over by Raymond the janitor not noticing the CEST/CET differences when hitting the ladder reset button, and ocasionally EU got delayed by an hour, during spring, so i figured since they wrote CEST while it was over for a month or so, that we’ll get the opposite situation… but it wasn’t the case, everything started out smoothly at 2AM…
