I tried East, West, Europe, even Asia

none of them are working!

stuck at CHECKING VERSION

i can get past checking version, u are in a time out. try again in 10-20mins. the issue is on useast we cannot get through the character seletion screen. it gets stuck there and says “connecting”. your issue is seperate and isolated to your time out.

Servers been down from yesterday afternoon (8/2/26 ~2:30pm). Yesterday was saying incorrect password. Today is stuck on character load screen “Connecting…”

Answering your last question, the short answer would be yes. The incident you mentioned is an issue that we were talking about.
Currently, we are aware of it and investigating the reason of why and how it happened.
