All hair and fur is still black on Nintendo Switch

Almost a year since launch, hair and fur still has not the right colors. This bugs me out so much, and others have already complained since launch. All NPCs have black hair, all PCs have black hair (which on druid, amazon and necromancer is insane to look at, and werewolf is just so ugly). Mobs also have this problem, the one I noticed the most is the “yeti” in Act V. I haven’t seen anyone posting this bug recently, so, once again, I’m trying to bring Blizzard’s attention to this. We already got the stashes and shrines from Act III fixed, please fix this, it may be minor but since it happens all the time it’s insanely annoying, and I feel Nintendo Switch players are being ignored. We payed for the full game, please bring it to us.

I’m so glad that you posted about this. I just came here to post the same thing.

My primary concern is the Amazon’s hair. I really miss the aesthetic of her blonde hair while playing! I actually play with the original graphics mode sometimes just for the sake of seeing her blonde hair again!

I came here to write the same thing. I play in legacy mode just to play without all the dark hair.

Thanks for posting this, with the latest update there’s still no fix so I was also coming on here to post about it. Hopefully they’ll listen if we bring it up enough!

I had no idea it was a bug, I just thought it was a dumb design change they did to everyone and everything with hair lol

try messing with your Ambient Occlusion setting if you’re getting this on PC (idk about switch)

Thank you for your post, I was thinking about purchasing it ( Im an PC player ) on Switch to check if I can continue my character progress with my switch when Im out of home ( I dont know if progress is Cross Save truly ) and Im seeing this shader error , 1 year ago , and they haven solveid it because they dont care about their product seems, Im really pissed off now, because on PC you only have to tweak some option with Ambient Oclussion settings, its a shame that they dont fix it, now what can we think about next release of Diablo IV , same poor quality product Blizzard ?
