Stopped playing D2 since May. Then after the last patch I wanted to play it again. This time all my characters have disappeared. And the Connection between my Battlenet and PSN account says its active. What should I do?

If you can connect online and create a new character just fine this is likely related to two possible issues:
- You are not logged into the correct PlayStation account. If you played on any other PlayStation accounts in the past you may wish to log out and log into these accounts to check which one you played the game on.
- Then make sure your PlayStation account on Battle.net is linked to the correct account.
We do not have any outstanding known issues with online console characters disappearing. If these were offline characters it would be a sign their local saved data was either corrupted or deleted(Game was uninstalled or saved data was cleared.)
