yes me and my wife have just lost a tonn of gear and 2 level 89 sorcs, w a lot of high gear. dissappointing this is a known issue and has not been figured out yet, maybe there should have been a free prologue so mass players could test this instead of 10 staff . 20 years of this game , new tech, new everything and this is all you got for $54 cdn ?? shame on blizzard, i was actually online , and seen my wife couldnt find her chars, so i logged off and got the same deal

Just loged in and same thing for me. You can’t create new character either. Probably a server issue but it’s always scary to see…

Die Server … ich hätte ja lieber ne Fehlermeldung mit “xyz server nicht erreichtbar bitte versuchen sie es später erneut oder so” jetzt schieben alle panik…
Also Just logged in. All my online characters are gone. You can’t create new character either. Probably a server issue? But lost lots of progress in the last game… just found a high rune and tal armour
almost pooed my bridges, i got Tals ammy, a Lo, a Mal, a Ist, and a Gul, i got two Shaco yesterday and i damn near had a freaking heart attack when i saw my sorc was deleted. If i lose my data im never playing this game again
My Characters are also gone
Same problem, had to restart the game, now absolutly everything is gone and cant even start a new character or do anything.
This is a joke Blizzard. 2 weeks since launch and still these problems arent solved.
same here… was doing cow level runs and when i tried to log into next game it says
“character doesn’t exists”. Re-start diablo 2 and find my account empty.

A saber…petó el servidor o alguien anda haciendo algo que no debe…en fin…que sepáis que ya me jodieron 1 disco duro SSD por culpa de esta mierda de juegos online de blizzard. ¿Quién o por que fue? huy es un misterio. ¿Quien lo paga? YO. Ellos no se hacen responsables de nada en absoluto y si piensas que tu cuenta y tus juegos de blizzard son tuyos lo llevas claro…por que también les pertenecen a ellos y hacen contigo, tus cuentas, tus juegos y hasta con tu ordenador lo que les da la gana.
what a dumpster fire this has turned into seriously blizzard you’re messing with peoples childhoods here ive barely had any sleep since launch because i cant put the game down then you FORCE us to put the game down by constant crashes and NOW all our characters have been deleted or are mia? i just hit lvl 90 last night on my sorc just managed to trade and get my fathom and shako and now this like…serisouly how can you mess up on a remaster of a game AND charge us 60$ for this hot mess shoulda been 30$ and a warning that we are still beta testing your game.
