Returning player from the classic D2 and Expansion and wanted to know if Akara resets your skills only once per difficulty (normal, nightmare, hell)
So does that mean I get 3 resets per character? Could I save resets per difficulty? For example - If reset on hell difficulty, will I still have nightmare and normal option?
I’m still on normal difficulty, but didn’t want to use it and don’t want it to go to waste either.

you can save or use your norm respect and you will still have another in nm and hell
yes, you get three resets, one per difficulty.
using a hell one wont use up your normal or nightmare one
( not exactly sure why u thought it would; it doesn’t work like this for any quest, but i thought i would confirm it for you regardless)
however u can farm for mor by taking one of each essence
blue drops from both andy and duriel
Yellow from mephisto
Red from diablo
green from baal
all of these only drop in hell,
putting one of each of these in cube will fuse to make a reset token you can right click to reset all stats and skills just like akara’s quest

back in my day we didnt have reset skill with akara or reset tokens
hell we couldnt even buy mana from the shops
these days its easy mode.
