when they say manually unlocking characters they mean streamers not the rest of us pleebs. Gota get that big twitch following for them to give a crap about you.

make a backup of your char files and replace them whenever the char is lost?

it’s a soft ban. just like the old one. Don’t enter and exit games like crazy. You give off bot vibes.

for the 10,000 plus account effected and growing by the minute they said they have one guy doing one account at a time. so again nope.
So I logged off to get something to eat, after maybe 40 min I get back on and get the ‘’‘Failed to enter game. This character is already in a game on the server’’ now its been like 6 hours like that makes no sense to get a soft ban after the first attempt. Lets say that it is like the old one should’nt they be able to disable that feature due to the core game is like 20 years old and the demand is massive?

Dude… many of us have this bug for 24 hours and more now… i played since tombs ( took like 1 hour and a bit since i didnt rush ) and since then i m waiting ( 24 hrs for me now) …
Blizz can u finally do something? its not enough to just fix it for a couple of big streamers …
D2R isn’t 21 years old, and neither is the system being used to handle online sessions.
Ye I’m fully aware that many are having it worse then me and it sucks, just sharing my experience and that I dont buy this soft ban theory
I’ve been playing some hours today at different times because the time I have for play is limited, 3 times have the servers gone down on me and now this… this is probably the worst launch experience of a game for me so far.
Will work long hours weekend now, maybe for the best.
Hope they manage to get some fixes until monday.
Feeling so unfair they fixed this problem for some Youtuber so fast. Having the same issue since 5 hours ago until now sill can’t join any game or making game room.

Same probleme here whats is the point to lunch a game that got some stupid issue like this one some peps can play and some not and this is fair !!! Really desapointing about blizzard we all pay the same price for this game…

Blizzard treats customers about as bad as employees. Customer Service on here locked threads instead of fixing characters.
