My advice to the developers is to not listen to a single word a D3 players has to say
Wings from Diablo 3 are sheer bad taste!
They don’t change the game so I don’t really see why not. Wings didn’t add stats, it was purely cosmetic.
Because this is pure kitsch and ruins the atmosphere of the game. I don’t want to see winged jesters around. The game is not only about stats. Sometimes games can even be an Art! The more you know 
lets focus on the “central” points which are necessary to develop a good hack 'n slay.
Nothing like this is needed at all. I sincerely hope they do not start bringing over cosmetics and stuff like that. We already have PoE which is a huge micro-transaction fest, please leave D2R alone.

I like wings and pets but they don’t belong in D2. D2 is not that game. It will remain that way.
People who want wings and pets can play D3. They can get all of D3 for $10 if they get the D2R bundle. They even get D2R themed wings and a D2R themed pet!
So yeah, there are D2 theme cosmetics → In D3. Where they belong.
Definitely not a fan of adding wings… if they were to do ANYTHING Id be ok with a different stash to use, like it just LOOKS different, but only to us. Anything beyond that goes down the road of turning it into a cartoon
Cosmetic changes to a character should be from items found in game, and abilities used in game, and nothing else. Let’s not defile D2 with MMO/Mobile game cosmetic crap.
the issues in d3 can but summed up into 1 word.
“sets”
sure there are tons other issues as well, but having “x skill do 25000% more damage”
effectively makes all the other issues irrelevant by comparison
u cant even BEGIN to address anything else until “every skill can be used” and not “you’re forced to use one of 4 sets per class and picking the skills those sets choose”
d3 on release lvl 60 WAS quite fun… its “post story” that it becomes a complete “sh*t show”
that’s where d2 shines over d3. d2 has a fun pastgame so u have fun after your first 20 hours
d3 does not because the balance postgame is how garbage becuase of sets
This is another reason I can’t take input from D3 players seriously. Vanilla D3 was so much better than what exists now. Literally all it needed was a boost to drop rate to eliminate reliance on auction house and it would have been fine. But now people actually defend things like targeted drop, bound on account, no trading, unlimited artificial difficulty as the end game, and I just can’t imagine these people being at all beneficial to D2 and it’s future.
Who defends BoA? I thought/think in general it is one of the more disliked things about D3 overall.
Keep the game exactly the same. Maybe some QOL updates later on. Maybe they can make a new Diablo2.1 with all those fun cosmetic tweaks etc, but the fans just want the original back in HD.
If people weren’t defending BoA they would have announced unrestricted trade in D4 by now

The game is already developed though, they aren’t making something from scratch.
This is D2, not D3. Go back to D3.
