My main issue with the controller is that they took away the mouse cursor for general gameplay. I hope they add the option to choose whether to use the cursor with the right stick instead of the auto target system. Then for those who want to go use a mouse a keyboard, on consoles that support it, can, and we would have a cursor to move the map around as well finally on console.

It would’ve been a nice feature to have, especially while moving items you pick up off the ground to your inventory/cube. I guess PC players are just too smart for us… dErP
This would be very nice. Playing on SteamDeck would be improved a lot, by using left thumbstick for movement but right pad for cursor aiming. The main limitation of gamepad scheme is not being able to target, and this change would solve it.
Or alternatively, let me move with a thumbstick in keyboard and mouse mode! Like, adding a command line switch to force a specific UI mode, instead of “auto detecting” it from the last input.

It don’t matter what anybody wants this game is a fraud that’s being sold as something It’s not, All these stupid publishers care about is making money and keeping it and figuring out ways to keep sucking it out of people
