Level 43 act 2 merc w/ strength 117 can’t equip polearm w/ reqs: lvl 26 and stregth 50:
Not using any mods, filters or anything, just plain vanilla d2r.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that starting a new game doesn’T fix problem.

Alhizeer is now level 56, so not really.
But as I wrote, it was an act 2 merc (who can equip polearms) (prayer to be more specific, not that it matters), he was lvl 43 (which is > req lvl 26) and had strength 117 (> req strength 50).
It’s the Enchant charges, the suffix has a required level of 48 on non-sorcs so you must’ve been on a sorc which makes the displayed rlvl lower.
