Accidentally deleted my character while trying to join a game in PS5

Why the HELL is it so easy to delete your characters on console??? Level 73 light sorc down the drain.
And there’s no lobbies so I had to literally CRAWL my way to hell difficulty by myself because there is ZERO community in the console scene.
What the hell, man.

Is there really no confirm box for deleting a character on console? That seems like an oversight…

there is but the button to delete is ALSO the button to cancel a join, so the quick popup that appears, if you’re trying to cancel a join, is the same size. It’s garbage.

Oh. Okay that makes sense then. Maybe a 10 sec timeout before being able to confirm the delete would be neat.
