Abyss is very overpowered compare to other warlock skills. Abyss’s synergy bonus damage should go from 8% to 6%, where i can clear the game with being naked in hell.
The new items that came with warlock made it too strong. The character + the item makes abyss skill so over powered that I lose motivation to play after being god-like for couple hours. Please make it equally challenging to other characters, so that it motivates me to make creative build out of the skills instead of soley relying on the power of the skills itself.
Delete warlock, nerf hammerdin, nerf sorc, nerf teleport, nerf grief, nerf spirit, nerf insight. If we’re going to be this picky then we may as well go all the way in on it!
You might not be serious but these would be proper steps to prevent power creep, keeping the game challenging without adding 12 torment difficulty levels like D3/D4.
Magic builds like Hammerdin and Abyss Warlock don’t face magic immunities so they shouldn’t do so much damage like elemental skills that are slowed down by immunities. At least that was the idea before all those Conviction, Sunders etc ways to break immunities.
It is strong in early game but its capped in late game. I don’t think they should nerf this skill. You never reach the damage and safety of a Hammerdin especially now with the demon nerf.
