on asia, some guy abuse druid summon skills to disconect public PvP game. he doing this 24hours. very disturbing,
You’ve been posting this a couple of times now. I do understand that this can be annoying but what do you think the people in this forum can do about it?
Maybe you open a ticket on Blizzard’s website and adress your problem there.
I want to make it public and create a public opinion of punishment
Mate, you did like 6 threads about it already. I mean at least you don’t spam it every day, but you won’t reach anything with it. You have to adress the problem to those who can do something about it.
Posting it public doesn’t help you at all, and also nobody really cares.
Report that user and hope for the best.
Isn’t Diablo administrator keeping an eye on this forum? Small actions make a big difference
They don’t watch the forums for player reports.
It’s explititly against the forum rules to call players out, no matter the accusation.
The only difference you may experience is losing your posting privileges for breaking the rules. Or at the very least, possibly having your efforts be in vain with the removal of you violation threads.
Okay. I’ll be extra careful in posting in the future. It’s a shame that there’s no way to punish that abuser. Is the solution only to avoid public game?
Just becuase the forums are not the correct place for reporting others doesn’t mean there isn’t a way to notify Bliz.
I’ve never used, or even looked for, any in-game reporting methods in D2R, so I don’t know if they exist or where they are. But if there are report options, that’s the appropriate place for reporting.
If there are no reporting methods in the game at all, the email hacks@blizzard.com can be used. Know that it’s a one-way report system; there will not be any reply.
As for what Bliz does about it, who can say. D2R is an older, essentially retired game. How much effort is put into policing it compared to the modern, active games isn’t really known. Could be the same amount, could be less.
